Simply select the desired color and/or size, and add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. Of course, you can always continue shopping and return to your shopping cart later by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen. Please note that placing items in your shopping cart does not guarantee a reservation.

When you have finished shopping, continue with the checkout process by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right. Check the quantities of the items in your shopping cart, and then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. On the checkout page you can enter all your details on one page. Please note that you cannot change your order once you have completed it as it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Lakoo will pay for the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.*

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link by email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Lakoo strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order before 4:00 PM on workdays, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly through our suppliers, so delivery times may vary. The average delivery time is 1-2 days . Please note that the delivery time may differ depending on the location and the busyness of our carriers. However, we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

  1. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will also state the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

As a customer you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we understand that there is always the possibility that an error will be made. If you believe you have accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can see if we can correct the situation.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the stated delivery date. PostNL will then start an investigation, of which we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
