Returns procedure

We process every order with care and love. Are you unexpectedly not satisfied with your product? Then it is of course always possible to return at Lakoo. In principle, a trial period of 14 days after receipt of order applies. Our returns department usually processes your return within 2 weeks of receiving your return.

For proper and quick processing, it is important that the products that are returned are packaged correctly. So pack the product in the (unstickered, unwritten) original product packaging and then - together with - in a neat, sturdy outer packaging.

You can exchange or return in two ways:

Please return the item unused, in the original packaging and with sufficient postage. We advise you to use Returnista, where you can send your package at reduced rates. Of course, returning your package with a shipping company of your choice is also possible. Returns are outside our service and are your own responsibility.

Return conditions

Item unwanted and undamaged?

  • The item will be reimbursed if it is withdrawn within the 14-day trial period and returned within 14 days after withdrawal.
  • Please pack the product(s) correctly. This means: in the unwritten and unsticked original product packaging and then in a sturdy and neat outer packaging.
  • The return package will only be fully reimbursed if it is unused and returned in the original packaging, if possible with a form with order number. If the returned product shows signs of wear or is not returned in the original packaging, only a partial refund may be made.
  • If you return your order in its entirety, if possible under the above conditions, the purchase amount including the return shipping costs from MamaLoes to you of € 3.95 will be refunded to your account (if paid).
  • Returns are at your own risk. As a customer, you are also responsible for the direct return costs.
  • Any refund will usually take place within 2 weeks of receipt of your return.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
    Different return conditions apply to a number of products because they are hygiene-sensitive products.

Unfortunately defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered?

How annoying that the item was not received in good condition, we will of course solve this for you. It is not always necessary to return the item to us. We would therefore like to ask you to send an email to INFO@LAKOO.NL. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Explanation of what is wrong
  • A photo of what is wrong so that we can take a look with you
  • If you are missing part of an article, we would also like to receive a photo of the manual showing what you are missing
  • If it is possible to solve the problem with parts, we will send them to you as soon as possible. Our customer service will then inform you of this.
  • If a replacement item needs to be sent, we will send you additional return information by email. In such a case, you do not have to pay the postage costs for any return shipment yourself. Customer service will provide you with this information. You first send us the defective/incorrectly delivered item with the shipping label and a form with your order number, after which we will send the replacement item back to you upon receipt.
  • Please pack the product(s) correctly. This means: in the unwritten and unsticked original product packaging and then in a sturdy and neat outer packaging.
  • We will of course always do our utmost to prevent these types of imperfections.
  • Any refund will usually take place within 2 weeks of receipt of your return.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
